Pak IT Services provides digital services only.
No physical product is shipped to the client. All deliveries are made electronically unless otherwise agreed.

Service Delivery Method

Depending on the project, final deliverables may be provided through:

  • Access to client website/server
  • Online meetings & training sessions (Zoom, Google Meet)

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature and scope of the project:

  • WordPress Website Development: 3–21 working days
  • Facebook Ads Setup: 1–3 working days
  • Local SEO Optimization: 7–30 working days
  • Website Maintenance: 24–72 hours
  • Graphic/Content Delivery (if applicable): 1–5 working days

Note: Detailed timelines are provided to clients during project confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients must provide:

  • Required content (text, images, videos)
  • Website login details (if needed)
  • Business information
  • Timely approvals on drafts and revisions
  • Accurate contact details for communication

Any delay in providing the above may extend the project delivery time.

Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes limited revisions as mentioned in the service agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • Revisions do not include new features or additional pages outside the original scope.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services:
  • Work initiated or completed is non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
  • No refunds for delays caused by incomplete client requirements.

Shipping Policy

Since Pak IT Services provides digital-only services, there is:

  • No physical shipping
  • No shipment tracking
  • No delivery charges
  • All service-related documents and files are shared electronically.
