Payments

Cancellation & Refunds

Limitation of Liability
Pak IT Services is not responsible for:

Losses due to server issues, hosting downtime, or third-party integrations

Damages caused by misuse, hacking, or client-side errors

Loss of revenue or business due to website or ad performance
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, etc.).

Purchase and renewal of third-party tools/licensed plugins are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
